Who Can Apply?
You may be eligible if you:
- Are enrolling as a first-year student at IBSUniversity
- Have demonstrated strong academic performance (minimum GPA of 2.5)
- Face genuine financial need (supported by a detailed letter)
Already an IBSU student? Current students may apply for review and consideration without sitting for the scholarship examination.
How the Scholarship Works
The Examination
- Date: Wednesday, 29th January 2025
- Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Location: IBSUniversity campus
Scholarship Awards Based on Performance
Your Score | Tuition Coverage |
100 marks | 100% scholarship |
81–99 marks | 80% scholarship |
61–80 marks | 60% scholarship |
50–60 marks | 50% scholarship |
Below 50 | Not eligible |
Important: The scholarship covers tuition fees only. Registration, accommodation, transport, and textbooks remain the student’s responsibility.
Keeping Your Scholarship
To continue receiving your scholarship, you must:
✓ Maintain at least 80% attendance in all classes
✓ Submit all assessments on time
✓ Achieve a Credit grade or higher (≥65%) in every unit
Falling short of these standards may result in your scholarship being reduced or withdrawn.
